Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and system support to business partners such as funeral homes and medical certifiers
- Troubleshoot systems and assist users with technical issues
- Assist individuals with certificate orders and provide updates on their status
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of call center experience preferred
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Experience handling confidential end-user information
- Ability to work various shifts
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus
