Key Responsibilities

- Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Administrative experience in an office or customer service setting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
