Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently and demonstrating accountability
  • Provide support through multiple channels, including calls and chats, while triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and solving customer concerns
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday during specified hours, with potential for overtime
