A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to patients via incoming and outbound calls regarding self-pay balances
- Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance options and next steps
- Post patient payments and adjustments as required based on standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of medical experience preferred
- One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with Word and Excel
