Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and resolve inquiries for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and address caller questions/issues related to health plans and services
  • Gather data and perform investigations to determine the scope of inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to resolve client situations effectively
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Health care experience with primary/specialty appointments or health plans
