A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and resolve inquiries for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and address caller questions/issues related to health plans and services
- Gather data and perform investigations to determine the scope of inquiries
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to resolve client situations effectively
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
- Health care experience with primary/specialty appointments or health plans
