Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage questions and update loan insurance information
- Meet quality expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and handle calls effectively while adhering to schedules
- Update the system with pertinent insurance data and perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Some college coursework in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of inbound, outbound, or related call center experience in an insurance or banking environment preferred
- Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment
- Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately and ability to operate a 10-key calculator by touch
