Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Dental & Vision Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to answer questions and resolve issues
• Documents customer inquiries and related data electronically
• Assists service teams with back office support functions and maintains confidentiality of plan participants

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience in contact centers, customer service, dental offices, or insurance
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills
