Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in technical and program policy related to NJ Family Care rules and guidelines


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds
