- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in technical and program policy related to NJ Family Care rules and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Background and drug screening required
