A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to dental customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service
- Research requests regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, and claim status
- Efficiently process transactions and enhance the relationship between the customer and clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in customer service (call center, retail, or restaurants)
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday
- Intermediate computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Preferred experience in a call center or dental office environment
