A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and identify their assistance needs
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Document provider issues and track overall trends for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
