Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and identify their assistance needs
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
  • Document provider issues and track overall trends for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
