Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Manage a variety of customer inquiries and analyze payment history/notes
- Communicate statuses to customers during operational hours, Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent Internet connectivity with specific speed requirements
