Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
  • Perform scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments
  • Document required information and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office or call center in healthcare
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00am to 5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday
