A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
- Perform scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments
- Document required information and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office or call center in healthcare
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00am to 5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday
