Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls explaining bills to patients
- Identify issues with the billing process that may have resulted in incorrect billing
- Take payments, set up payment plans, and screen for financial assistance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High-speed internet connection (DSL/Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps
- Workspace must be quiet, well-lit, and ergonomically designed
