Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be a Michigan resident with a high-speed internet connection via Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
