Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Credit Representative to provide solutions and support to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review orders for errors, verify information, and make outbound calls as necessary
- Negotiate and process payment arrangements on customer accounts while adhering to established procedures
- Document account handling activity accurately and educate customers on account status and payment options
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
- Call Center or Collections experience preferred
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal distractions
- Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
