Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle member and provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all telephone calls within established department standards and track calls in the database
  • Provide information on benefits, claims, and general inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Participate in training programs and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years call center experience required
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in health insurance
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic calculations
  • Proficient in MS Office with basic computer and keyboarding skills
