Key Responsibilities
- Answer all telephone calls within established department standards and track calls in the database
- Provide information on benefits, claims, and general inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years call center experience required
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in health insurance
- Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic calculations
- Proficient in MS Office with basic computer and keyboarding skills
