Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist internal employees with HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding HR-related inquiries
- Document employee interactions and track issues to resolution using HR systems
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve routine to moderately complex issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Prior experience supporting Human Resources inquiries is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
