Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist internal employees with HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding HR-related inquiries
  • Document employee interactions and track issues to resolution using HR systems
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve routine to moderately complex issues
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources inquiries is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
