Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to attendees and exhibitors while effectively resolving issues
- Ensure accurate data entry of transaction details and adhere to event guidelines and business rules
- Participate in meetings and training sessions, and escalate calls to supervisors as necessary for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience required
- Minimum one year experience in a customer-facing role; call center experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable and reliable for all scheduled shifts
- Strong MS Office skills and technical aptitude to learn new technology
