Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to provide support in an inbound call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date support knowledge and accurately document requests and complaints
  • Deliver clear and objective information based on program requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Ability to pass background checks, including fingerprinting and credit check
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
