Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls in a timely manner and provide one-call resolution
- Maintain up-to-date support knowledge and accurately document requests and complaints
- Deliver clear and objective information based on program requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Ability to pass background checks, including fingerprinting and credit check
- Basic understanding of call center environments and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
