Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests and provide product education via calls or online
- Manage administrative support for medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
