Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests and provide product education via calls or online
  • Manage administrative support for medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
