Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and meet retention goals as part of the Client Services Team
  • Resolve client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage client accounts using CRM and assist with enrollment information to ensure client success
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service experience required, call center experience preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Reliable internet speeds required
  • Experience in financial services, especially banking or debt settlement, is a plus
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
