A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from health care providers and identify their assistance needs
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Document provider issues and facilitate reporting of overall trends
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday with flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment is preferred
