A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from health care providers and identify their assistance needs
  • Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
  • Document provider issues and facilitate reporting of overall trends
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday with flexible scheduling
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment is preferred
