Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls by identifying problems and communicating solutions

- Navigate multiple databases to provide timely responses to consumer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service position; call center experience preferred
- Proficient PC skills, including navigating multiple screens and systems
- Must meet internet speed requirements and have a secure workspace
- Availability for training from December 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025
