Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Schedule appointments and procedures while verifying patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
  • Advise patients on insurance responsibilities and utilize multiple computer and phone systems to assist them
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
