A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience
- Schedule appointments and procedures while verifying patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
- Advise patients on insurance responsibilities and utilize multiple computer and phone systems to assist them
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
