Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support and ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
• Resolve customer requests through various communication channels
• Notify clients of test results and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a contact center or call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
• Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
