Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts regarding service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
- Identify customer needs and offer products to generate sales and revenue
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships and support technicians with service-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type 25 wpm preferred
