- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to clients
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and co-workers
- Background and drug screening required
