Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates computer images of license plates for accurate identification and documentation
• Identifies lane issues and resolves problematic images while achieving productivity and accuracy standards
• Handles information with confidentiality and provides feedback on image quality to ensure corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour
• Minimum accurate typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Comfortable using technology such as keyboards and computers at an intermediate level
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
