Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status
- Guide customers on prescription benefits and document required information
- Make outbound calls to address prescription orders and payment issues
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months+ of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
