Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status
  • Guide customers on prescription benefits and document required information
  • Make outbound calls to address prescription orders and payment issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months+ of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers
  • Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
