Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM and ability to use multiple software systems
- Must reside in specified states and meet work from home requirements including internet connection standards
