Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound/outbound telephone support to customers and agents, addressing inquiries and processing requests
- Maintain department service level agreements by processing transactions and servicing customer requests promptly
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to retain information relevant to customer inquiries
- Experience in customer service preferred
