A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound/outbound telephone support to customers and agents, addressing various inquiries
- Document detailed notes on all interactions and assist in training Associate CSRs
- Process customer requests and maintain department service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Associate CSR or equivalent
- Proficiency in servicing various product types
- Ability to navigate multiple administrative systems
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as requested by management
