Customer Service Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service/Inbound Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Service incoming and outbound calls from residential customers regarding products and services
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to customers using value-based selling techniques
• Accurately record customer transactions and follow up with leads in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
• At least 1 year of previous sales or relevant customer service experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas or goals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
