A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to high volume customer inquiries via phone and provide timely resolutions
- Educate customers on spending account products and IRS regulations to maximize product usage
- Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining compliance with security and policy practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure, distraction-free work environment at home
