Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to high volume customer inquiries via phone and provide timely resolutions
  • Educate customers on spending account products and IRS regulations to maximize product usage
  • Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining compliance with security and policy practices
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; associate degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
  • Must have a secure, distraction-free work environment at home
