Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist Temp to Perm (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Interact and assist customers via telephone, email, and online chat
• Provide support and information on products and services while creating a positive shopping experience
• Field consumer questions and complaints, escalating as needed, and review warranty claims

Required Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic Excel and math skills required
• Must be able to work efficiently and meet all KPIs
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• This position is remote and requires living in the USA
