Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for the STAT Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests through various communication channels
  • Provide customer education and notify clients of test results in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree highly desired
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a contact center or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
