Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for the STAT Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests through various communication channels
- Provide customer education and notify clients of test results in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center or healthcare industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
