  • Document all accounts accurately while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year work experience required
  • Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Previous medical experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
