Key Responsibilities
- Manage case requests and order needs for a US sales region
- Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries regarding purchase order issues
- Provide order management analytics and monitor shipment deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of customer success experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QAD
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
