Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new customers are activated, satisfied, and have their inquiries addressed
- Expand product use cases within existing accounts and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Gather customer feedback to improve documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical experience in development or systems engineering
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with technical or developer products
- Understanding of the Infrastructure/DevSecOps space is advantageous
- High energy and a strong work ethic
