Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of SMB and mid-market clients from onboarding to renewal
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation and client value
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, account management, or support)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech is a plus
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data and drawing insights
- Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
