A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer adoption and ensure alignment with recruiting goals through strong relationships with talent acquisition leaders
  • Consult with customers to optimize their recruiting processes and achieve success metrics
  • Design and implement customer success programs and systems to monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in customer success, sales engineering, or a related role in a SaaS or talent acquisition technology company
  • Deep familiarity with talent acquisition technology ecosystems and end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer success programs
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new workflows or technologies
  • History of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities
