Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption and ensure alignment with recruiting goals through strong relationships with talent acquisition leaders
- Consult with customers to optimize their recruiting processes and achieve success metrics
- Design and implement customer success programs and systems to monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, sales engineering, or a related role in a SaaS or talent acquisition technology company
- Deep familiarity with talent acquisition technology ecosystems and end-to-end recruiting processes
- Experience in designing and implementing customer success programs
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new workflows or technologies
- History of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities
