Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through various channels within established SLAs
- Troubleshoot and escalate order and account issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Document and categorize all customer interactions in the support system accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or help desk environment
- Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Kustomer, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in customer interactions
