  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Understanding of Windows Operating systems and common web browsers
  • Experience using customer support tracking tools
  • Experience working with SQL Databases, XML, and scripting preferred
  • 1-2 years in a customer support capacity is preferred
