Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various communication channels
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
- Understanding of Windows Operating systems and common web browsers
- Experience using customer support tracking tools
- Experience working with SQL Databases, XML, and scripting preferred
- 1-2 years in a customer support capacity is preferred
