Key Responsibilities
- Support all inquiries and issues from Collectors
- Provide exemplary service through web message, voice, and email channels
- Build relationships with repeat Collectors and ensure their satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude with a passion for serving Collectors
- General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
- Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in customer interactions through various communication channels
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
