Customer Support for E-Commerce/ English Native

Do you enjoy working with ambitious, young people fully remote? Great teamwork experience guaranteed! We are looking for an experienced customer service expert (Gorgias/Zendesk experience) to add to our team. You will be guided by me and our customer service lead who will handle the full training. We also have an intensive training document that you will be learning from in the beginning to be setup for success right away. Additionally, you will be trained to handle communication with our suppliers and be in direct contact with us to share product changes and issues (e.g. variants out of stock) that you have heard about from the suppliers. This is directly connected to the customer service work but requires additional training of course. Don´t worry I will personally take the time to explain everything in detail. Please note that you need knowledge of how to use Google Sheets / Excel. We are looking for someone who is able to put in up to 5-8 hours each day. Requirements for the job: - English language skills: native - Experienced in customer support (at best for e-commerce companies) with Gorgias/Zendesk - General interest in work remote from home with a young team of dedicated business people - Being a Team player and being proactive about issue and questions. We want to see you eager to learn. - Handling customer requests (20-30 per hour) - thinking outside the box - specific replies to customer requests NO templates - being able to sell to people that are not yet sure if they should buy from our shop (convincing them, guiding them, helping them) - being able to work with Google Sheets / Excel Feel free to apply for this job, I will personally reply to every application!
