A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and support to its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide troubleshooting support to customers
- Respond to customer service tickets via email for timely issue resolution
- Enter high school sports rosters, schedules, and scores accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Windows 10 Operating System
- High school diploma required; college students or graduates preferred
- Strong understanding of fan culture and passion for the entertainment or sports industry
- Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Previous customer support experience is preferred
