Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and address student/instructor feedback on the material and platform
  • Assist students with accounts and subscriptions and help instructors with course setup
  • Communicate with customers through a ticketing system and maintain records of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • Knowledge of basics of C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
  • Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Professionalism and reliability in customer interactions
