Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and address student/instructor feedback on the material and platform
- Assist students with accounts and subscriptions and help instructors with course setup
- Communicate with customers through a ticketing system and maintain records of interactions
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- Knowledge of basics of C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
- Availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Professionalism and reliability in customer interactions
