Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT and cyber-related activities for Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all IT and cybersecurity workstreams for M&A projects
- Serve as the IT point of contact for M&A activities, ensuring alignment with corporate development
- Conduct and track risk assessments related to M&A activities, identifying potential gaps and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field, or 4 additional years of equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience, including planning and execution
- Experience in M&A or divestiture environments, preferably within IT or cybersecurity
- Experience with audit coordination and compliance-related activities
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
