About the Role:
The Client Success Manager is a key position, with the primary goal of growing and managing a portfolio of Healthcare accounts in mostly clinical and some allied and nonclinical settings, serving acute care hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory-care centers, skilled nursing facilities, large corporations onsite clinics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine clinics, and government healthcare facilities.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with your clients
- Engage with clients regularly and obtain exclusive deals and heads-up on open job orders
- Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them
- Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements
- Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in the portfolio
- Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards
- Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry
- Processing assignment and contract changes and extensions, renewals, and terminations.
- Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues
- Build a relationship and good rapport with all physicians and APPs and ensure high retention rate
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice Staffing at an agency level
- Experience with Schedule 621i or Government Healthcare is a big plus
