About the Role:
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Greece! You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive top-quality support and service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in German
- Resolve product or service issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Deliver an excellent customer experience every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German (native or near-native level)
- Good command of English (for internal communication)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
- EU work authorization (required to work in Greece)
